Salary: Circa £58,000 plus Benefits
Location: London
Our client is a leading Architectural Practice which has designed and delivered numerous Hotels, Commercial and Residential projects. Currently, this client seeks to appoint a Design Architect to assist with producing innovative concepts to present clients.This person will be able to work autonomously, managing the client and presenting options to decision makers within large outfits. Working within a small team, this person will be able to work under pressure, yet contribute to a dynamic work environment through commitment to the team.The required Architect will have 7-12 years experience post graduate of Architecture Degree.We are looking for someone with a design flair which should be demonstrated through freehand sketches and 3D images, utilising InDesign, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max and AutoCAD.Ideally a portfolio of projects, ideally including High-rise, Hotels and Mixed Use projects, will be forwarded with a CV for perusal.This work environment offers career progression for the right person.Please email your CV to info@elliomarsh.com
