Project Developer , Acquisitions Manager , Projec
Salary: Circa £60,000 (depending on experience)

We are working for a company who are global leaders in HVAC systems, services and solutions. The business is expert in energy conservation and environmental technologies, and this expertise is being applied to improve energy efficiency around the world. This position will form a key part of the team which executes the Project Acquisition Process for Master Contracting Vehicles. The role involves managing the teams and processes necessary to develop the sale of the projects to satisfy the customer. Key aspects of the role include working with clients and team members on scope development, overall acquisition strategy, estimating, and contract development for performance contracts. The role as Project Developer functions as a core member of the team and is responsible for executing the Project Acquisition process for Design – Build Turnkey opportunities, whilst establishing strong teams and providing them with leadership and guidance. Possessing an ability to audit an existing mechanical system and recommended solutions to improve would be a definite advantage, as would displaying the necessary sales skills.To be effective in this role the person must have in-depth knowledge of construction methods with a Facility Solutions background and perspective – HVAC, lighting, or controls.
