Managing Director – Facilities Management Company Location: UK WideSalary: Circa - £90,000k based on experience, Bonus, Car/Car Allowance, Healthcare, etc. Our Client is a leading provider of hard and soft facilities services, due to an aggressive period of corporate expansion they are looking to appoint a Managing Director for one of their FM businesses.The PositionThe position will be both tactical - overseeing all management in the business – sales, marketing, operations, logistics, after-sales, etc - and strategic, looking at corporate development and new routes to market.As Managing Director you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the business including staff motivation, development and the achievement of company financial performance objectives and targets. You will also oversee sales revenues and profitability with agreed cost budgets. Reporting directly to the Chairman and the company stakeholders you will be expected to provide financial reports to the board, produce annual budget and business plans for the business.You will be required to deliver continued growth and optimum operational performance as well as robust account management.The PersonThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of business within the FM sector and have previously held full P&L responsibility.You will lead the business into the future with planned growth ensuring that all stated objectives, aims and targets are achieved.The person appointed must be a strong team player who is collaborative in attitude and who achieves their objectives through the motivation and management of staff. You will have a successful track record and be looking for a wealth creation opportunity. You must have relevant experience, be exceptionally talented with the ability to operate at the highest level. The company is looking for the very best, an individual who will share their vision and be committed their ongoing success.Whilst you must be an accomplished cross-functional Leader, you will preferably however have a Sales and Marketing bent (as the role will be new and existing customer facing), preferably in the FM market.Ideally you will be of graduate calibre with strong operational background within the FM arena.You should be a creative and entrepreneurial individual you will be highly commercial with a real flair for operational delivery.An excellent package is available for the right candidatePlease email you CV to info@elliotmarsh.com
