Sales Director – Facilities Management Company Location: UK WideSalary: Circa - £65,000k based on experience, Bonus, Car/Car Allowance, Healthcare, etc. A major player in the FM market is looking to appoint a `new hands` on driven Sales Director to run its Key Accounts Team. One of the fastest growing FM companies is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Director professional.The company is operating in a niche market offering FM expertise to organisations across the UK.Having operated successfully across the UK for many years they have built up an envious reputation for quality, delivery and service and are a major employer serving thousands of clients from commercial property, retail, healthcare, manufacturing and public sectors. Due to major expansion the company are offering a unique opportunity for the right kind of candidate join their organisation.You`ll have 4 direct reports and a £7 million budget and be tasked with ensuring that your team is bringing in major `Soft Services` contracts at a typical value of between £500k - £2m - that covers anything from cleaning to pest control to ground maintenance and M & E - single services, bundles or the full portfolio. You will currently be a Sales Director, ideally with experience in negotiating long term high revenue contracts preferably in the FM or Building Services market.If your profile is one of senior sales management within the FM services sector than this role should be a great fit.
